What is emplo?
There is a lot of employee engagement software available on the market, and some of them are great. However, in our opinion, most of these solutions have one major flaw: they have been created for Internal Communication Managers or HR Directors to allow them to survey, measure or manage employee engagement and influence it from top-down rather than bottom-up. We feel it isn’t possible to boost employee engagement using such approach i.e. without actually engaging the employees themselves. That’s why our platform is built around employees and for employees: it considers their needs for social interaction because we know it is their colleagues that employees are willing to go the extra mile for, not financial rewards. emplo is built around the need for personal development which is intrinsic to every human being.
