What is eTurns?
The two processes distributors want to automate are managing consigned inventory and simple replenishment at the point-of-use. Our biggest competition is: 1) the manual process that distributors use to track consigned inventories in their customers' stockrooms, and 2) the manual process of simply capturing customers' orders. eTurns automates these manual processes by tracking consumption and orders with iPhone/Android, scanners, sensors and RFID. For the consignment process, once consumption is captured, eTurns software allows the distributor to invoice their customer for consigned usage and replenish or not. They can even get analytics about trends to optimize inventory and maximize service levels. For the ordering process, we provide an iPhone/Android app for productive VMI/CMI ordering. Orders are sent automatically to the distributor's ERP system for replenishment. All eTurns solutions provide customizable reporting.
