In terms of pricing, Redtail is a subscription-based service with free conversion of data from legacy CRM systems. Our monthly subscription fee is priced per database (which allows up to 15 database users) rather than per user. In terms of support, we take a backseat to no one. Part of our mission is to create raving fans and we strive every day to do just that through the service and support we offer Redtail subscribers.
