- (1). Your Purchase includes a one-time Dashboard setup fee. Your monthly fee includes support for those changes that crop up as you business needs fluctuate. (2). The "Lite" Mobile app runs on Android, iOS and Windows/Mac devices and is used to update your Excel data from the field. (3). Once your Dashboard is working to your satisfaction, we'll arrange a 1 Hour Project Setup Webinar to ensure that we setup your Mobile App correctly for your operation. (4). To ensure you understand how the App works, we follow up with a 1 hour Administrator and Mobile Auditor Training session. (5). To get you started, your Purchase includes a one-time Dashboard setup from your Excel Workbook. (6). Please copy your Excel Workbook into your Dropbox and email the link to us. Please also attach an image of your logo so we can add it to your Dashboard. The easiest way to copy the Excel Workbook link in your Dropbox is to open the Excel Workbook in Dropbox and a Dropbox 'Widget' will appear. The widget has a button to click on to copy the link to your clipboard. You can then paste the link into the email to us. (7). Once your Dashboard is set up, we'll send you a link to your online Dashboards that you can share. (8). Update your Excel data in your Dropbox and click the same link we send you to see your updated Dashboard. (9).
